Briciole di vita

Mi chiamo Magda, ho 24 anni e vengo dalla Polonia. Al pellegrinaggio di Taizè ho partecipato per sei volte. Questi incontri mi lasciano indimenticabili esperienze. Anche questa volta il pellegrinaggio è stato particolare. Il Signore ha riempito il mio cuore con la gioia e la pace, mi ha fortificata perché io non mi arrenda nonostante le difficoltà e le tribolazioni, che mi sono successe ultimamente. In modo particolare vorrei ringraziare il Signore che mi ha insegnato la vera preghiera, la preghiera semplice e fiduciosa. Molte volte nella preghiera mi ritornavano pensieri di fiducia verso Dio: solo allora possiamo ritrovare la libertà interiore e la vera felicità. Mi sono resa conto che la cosa più importante nella mia vita spirituale è affidare tutto a Dio, raccontare tutto a Lui, che è al di sopra di tutto, sopra ogni mio problema, ogni mia insicurezza, perché Lui mi guida e se, a volte, non capisco le sue vie, fidandomi di Lui posso rimanere nella pace e nella felicità

 A questo incontro ero venuta con la particolare intenzione di cercare la risposta alla domanda “cosa devo fare nella mia vita?”, scoprire la mia strada, il mio compito nella vita…ho sentito dentro di me di dire sempre a Dio “si” fidandomi che la volontà di Dio è la cosa migliore per me. Confido che il Signore mi continuerà a guidare in questo. Nella preghiera di Taizé ho potuto imparare a rimanere nel silenzio che è cosi difficile in questo mondo, per poter ascoltare il Signore e trovare le risposte alle mie domande. Ho potuto conoscere tanta gente delle varie parti del mondo, che vivendo nelle varie condizioni e nella diversità delle culture hanno gli stessi miei desideri e difficoltà, i problemi, la ricerca. Questa per me è stata un’esperienza forte.

Non si può non ricordare l’ incontro che c’ è stato il 21 dicembre con il Santo Padre Benedetto XVI, quando abbiamo pregato in piazza San Pietro: ho sentito la gratitudine, perché posso essere un membro della Chiesa, e nella Chiesa mi sono sentita bene e sicura!

Sono molto contenta di aver potuto partecipare a questo incontro, spero che questo porterà molti frutti nel mio cuore e nei cuori dei giovani, frutti di pace e di gioia. So e voglio ringraziare per tutto questo!

My name is Magda, I’m 24 and I come from Poland. It was my sixth Taizé pilgrimage. These meetings are always unforgettable experiences for me and this was a special one, too. The Lord has filled my heart with joy and peace, he has given me strength not to give up in difficulties and sufferings - like those I have had in the last period. In particular I want to say thanks to the Lord that has taught me the true prayer: simple and trustful. During the meeting many times, while praying, thoughts of confidence in God came into my mind and consequently I felt inner freedom and real happiness. I realized that the most important thing for my spiritual life is to entrust everything to God, to tell Him everything because He is above anything, any problem, uncertainty and He leads me, so, if I sometimes do not understand His ways, trusting in him I can experience peace and joy. I came to this meeting with a question: “What will I do in my life?” and I wanted to find the answer, find out my way, my mission in life… I felt I always want to say “yes” to God, because I believe that his will is the best thing for me. I am confident that the Lord will always be my guide in this. During Taizè prayer I learnt how to stay in silence, that is so difficult nowadays in this world, to listen to the Lord and to find the answers to my questions. I could meet many people from all over the world, of different cultures and living in different circumstances but with the same desires, difficulties and problems than I have and in search of their ways as I am. I have had a very strong and deep experience in Rome. I cannot forget the Vigil prayer with the Pope in St Peter’s Square on the 21^st December. I felt grateful because I can be a member of the Church and that makes me feel well and confident!

I’m very happy I could participate to this meeting and I hope it will bring many fruits in my heart as well as in the heart of all those young people: fruits of peace and joy. I want to say thank you for all this.

Mi chiamo Lara e vengo dalla Slovenia. Circa due settimane fa sono stata per la prima volta a Roma. Prima di quest’anno sono ero stata già a quattro pellegrinaggi di Taizé per capodanno. Ogni volta l’esperienza è diversa. Le persone che incontro sono diverse, le città non sono uguali e anch’io sono ogni anno un pochino differente.

Le Pie Discepole del Divin Maestro hanno gentilmente aperto le porte della loro casa a molti giovani di diverse nazionalità e fino all’ultimo momento non sapevano quanti ragazzi sarebbero arrivati. Anche i ragazzi non sapevano, dove avrebbero dormito e chi li avrebbe accolti. Proprio questo è il significato di questo pellegrinaggio di fiducia, quando fai un passo nel buio e non conosci la strada. Avere fiducia in Dio che tutto alla fine andrà bene e che lui ci darà quello di cui abbiamo bisogno. Credo che non sia una coincidenza quali persone incontri sulla tua strada. Io ho fatto il passo nel buio come molti altri giovani e le sorelle hanno aperto le porte a degli estranei, il lavoro in mezzo l’ha fatto Dio. Solo Lui sa il perché.

La cosa che mi è rimasta più impressa è l’atmosfera che domina nel monastero. Un paradiso di pace in una città senza silenzio. Le sorelle aperte e sorridenti. Nella mia vita ho visto molte chiese, però quella del monastero, è una delle più belle. La luce del sole gioca con le vetrate che risplendono in un fuoco acceso. L’altare in mezzo accenna alla presenza dell’Onnipotente e le sedie tutte intorno ci fanno sentire che siamo parte di una comunità, che siamo tutti uguali davanti al Signore. Le pareti bianche semplici ci lasciano la libertà di esprimere meglio ciò che sentiamo internamente. La semplicità del luogo coincide con la semplicità della parola di Gesù di amare tutte le persone intorno a noi e Lui.

Sono felice che la mia strada mi abbia portato a trascorrere un po’ dei miei giorni in un luogo cosi speciale e con persone piene di una bellezza interiore. è uno dei regali più belli che abbia ricevuto da Dio.

My name is Lara and I come from Slovenia. From the end of December to the beginning of January I participated the Taizé Meeting, in Rome. It was my first time in Rome, but the fifth “pilgrimage of trust on earth”. People I meet are always different, so are the cities and, of course, I am a little bit different each year.

The Sisters Disciples of the Divine Master have kindly opened their community to many young people of different nationalities and till the last moment they didn’t know how many of us would have arrived. The young people didn’t know where they would have been lodging and who would welcome them either. This is just the meaning of the pilgrimage of trust: you take a step into the darkness and you do not know where the journey will lead you. That means you must trust in God and believe that He will give you everything you need. I think it’s not a mere coincidence to meet one person or another on your way. I took a step into darkness as anybody else, the Sisters opened their house to strangers, commonly speaking, and God made all the rest and He is the only one who knows why. What impressed me most was the atmosphere of that Religious House. A paradise of peace in a noisy city. The Sisters were open and smiling. I have visited many Churches in my life, but the Church of the Religious House we stayed in, “ Chiesa Gesù Maestro” is one of the most beautiful I have ever seen. The sunlight playing through the stain windows gives them a particular beauty as if they shone on fire. The altar in the centre made us think of the Presence of God the Almighty and the pews all around the altar made us feel that we are all part of a community and we are all equally important before God. The white and simple walls helped us feel free to express our inner and deepest feelings. The simplicity of the place reflects the simplicity of God’s Word that asks us to love Him and every single man and woman.

I’m happy that on my journey towards God, my way led me to spend a few days in such a special place and with such people, full of inner beauty. It is one of the most beautiful gift I have received from God.

La nostra esperienza a Roma:                                             

È stato bello conoscere molte persone di vari Paesi e pregare insieme. Allo stesso tempo è stato interessante visitare le Chiese della cristianità come San Pietro, San Paolo e Santa Maria Maggiore. Qualche volta è stato difficile partecipare all’intero programma sia a causa dei mezzi pubblici e sia perché volevamo visitare qualcosa della città.

Alla “Chiesa Gesù Maestro” siamo stati molto ben accolti ed è stato bello iniziare il nuovo anno in allegria, con le danze e tutte le attività organizzate dalle Suore Pie Discepole e dai rappresentanti dei gruppi delle varie Nazioni.

 Our experience in Rome :

It was very nice to meet many people of different countries and pray together. At the same time it was interesting to see the church buildings of our Christian religion like St Peter, St Paul and Saint Mary Major.

Sometimes it was difficult to make the whole program, because of the bus system or because we wanted to see something of the city.

To sleep at “Chiesa Gesù Maestro” was very comfortable and it was very funny to start the new year dancing, laughing and with all the activities on the program that the sisters and the other representatives of the different countries prepared.

... ancora dal meeting di Taizé!

È stata la nostra prima esperienza di meeting a livello europeo, ed è stata affascinante e coinvolgente. La possibilità di conoscere persone provenienti da altre nazioni, con esperienze e realtà molto diverse, ci ha fatto comprendere al contrario la nostra unità nella fede in Cristo. I momenti di preghiera, specialmente quello con il Papa, sono stati significativi e preziosi: era impressionante vedere tanta gente che pregava e cantava con sentimento, e le pause di silenzio erano dense di significato. Anche i momenti di condivisione ci hanno aiutato ad entrare nello spirito di questi incontri. E' stata un'esperienza indimenticabile e molto significativa, e sicuramente non mancheranno le occasioni di parteciparvi di nuovo, accrescendo così la nostra fede e comprendendo sempre di più la bellezza del Vangelo.

It was our first European meeting and it was awesome! We met young people from other countries, with very different life experiences, and rather than diversity and divisions we felt the unity that comes from our common faith in Christ. The moments of prayer were very precious and important: we were impressed by all those people praying and singing with all their heart and by that deep and meaningful silence! The moment we liked best was the prayer Vigil with the Pope, in St Peter’s square. The time spent in small groups for sharing also helped us to understand the spirit of Taizé meeting. It was a very important and unforgettable experience for us. We hope we can participate again in the future, so that our faith can grow and we can know more and more the beauty of the Gospel.

Viviamo la vita sempre di corsa e non c’è tempo per fermarsi! E’ necessario il silenzio! Non so gli altri, ma io ne sento il bisogno. La preghiera di Taizé si potrebbe paragonare a una Adorazione: con il tempo per fermarsi, per riflettere, tempo per stare con se stessi e con Dio. Sono contenta di aver partecipato per la seconda volta a un incontro di Taizè e sono contenta che sia stato a Roma, città tra le più antiche e più belle del mondo. Sono grata alle suore Pie Discepole del Divin Maestro per la calorosa accoglienza e per il loro cuore aperto. Ho visto negli occhi delle suore Gesù ed è stato molto bello!

We live life in a hurry and we do not have time to stop. Silence is necessary, though. I do not know if other people feel the same, but I need time for silence. I can compare Taizé prayer to Eucharistic Adoration, when you have time to stop and reflect, time to stay with yourself and with God. This was my second Taizé meeting and I’m very happy it was in Rome, one of the most historic and beautiful cities in the world. I’m grateful to the Sisters Disciples of the Divine Master for their warm welcome and for their openness of heart. I could see in their eyes Jesus and it was amazing!

Con Taizé ancora nel cuore...

Ringraziamo Dio che ci ha condotte in questo posto meraviglioso, in cui abbiamo sperimentato amore sincero, premure e calore familiare. La preghiera con le Sorelle Pie Discepole ci ha riempito il cuore di pace e amore. Questo luogo ci ha avvicinate di più a Dio.

Taizé unisce giovani di diverse nazioni, distruggendo le barriere linguistiche. Il meeting di Taizé a Roma ci ha lasciato nel cuore un segno incancellabile.

We thank God that led us to this wonderful place where we felt sincere love, care and family warmth. The prayers with the sisters fulfilled our hearts with peace and love. We made some steps forward towards God in this beautiful place .

Taizè unites youth from different countries destroying language borders. Taizè meeting in Rome has given us an unforgettable impression.

Дякуємо Богу‚ що попровадив нас до цього чудового місця, де ми відчули щиру любов, турботу та родинне тепло . Спільна молитва з сестрами наповнювала наші серця миром та любов’ю. В цьому чудовому місці ми змогли на декілька кроків наблизитись до Бога. Молитва TAIZE поєднала молодь різних країн світу долаючи мовні кордони. Зимова зустріч TAIZE залишила у наших серцях незабуні враження.

Qualche "briciola" dal Pellegrinaggio di fiducia organizzato dalla Comunità di Taizé

Roma 28 dicembre 2012 - 2 gennaio 2013

Durante questo meeting abbiamo sperimentato che nonostante le differenze linguistiche e culturali è possibile vivere l'unità: siamo tutti fratelli e sorelle. Possiamo stare insieme, pregare e comunicare in armonia. Questa unità, apertura verso tutti e pace con tutti è meravigliosa!

Condividendo questi giorni con le suore Pie Discepole che ci hanno accolte, abbiamo anche notato che per essere felici non abbiamo bisogno di una vita piena di ricchezze; non è necessario avere le cose più moderne. La vita semplice con Dio dà felicità piena, gioia, ottimismo ed è vissuta nel suo vero significato.

During this meeting, we have experienced that, in spite of our different languages and cultures,  it is possible to live together in unity: we are all brothers and sisters. We can stay together, pray and communicate in harmony. This unity, openness and peace with everyone is undescribable!

We have also realized, staying with the sisters, that to be happy we don’t need a life full of richness or the latest high tech products. To live in a simple way with God enlightens life with happiness and its true meaning.

I volti della FEDE...

Capodanno a Roma con Taizé... un'esperienza più unica che rara!

Dal 28 dicembre 2012 al 2 gennaio 2013, in questo Anno della fede, si è svolto a Roma un "Pellegrinaggio di fiducia" dei giovani provenienti da tutti i Paesi europei organizzato dalla comunità di Taizé.

 

È stato innanzitutto un incontro con Cristo risorto e con gli altri. Grazie alla preghiera comune ognuno  si è reso disponibile  a Dio e, attraverso la condivisione, tutti si sono impegnati nel superare le frontiere tra i popoli e le differenze di lingua, cultura, religione per accogliersi e arricchirsi gli uni gli altri.

 

La nostra comunità ha aperto le porte a circa un centinaio di giovani provenienti dalla Polonia, dalla Croazia, dalla Bielorussia, dalla Germania, dalla Slovenia e dall’Ucraina che ci hanno fatto dono della loro presenza e della loro gioia.

 

 

È stata un’esperienza di accoglienza vissuta nella semplicità che ha allargato i nostri orizzonti e ci ha confermate nella fiducia in Dio, nella Chiesa, nei giovani e in noi stesse, aprendoci con speranza al futuro.
